Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Vericar, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Vericar for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must use Vericar only in compliance with applicable law. Without limitation, you must not: upload, store, share, or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes intellectual property rights; distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; use the service to distribute sexually explicit material involving minors, or any other illegal sexual content; publish non-consensual intimate imagery; impersonate others in a deceptive or harmful way; or interfere with the security or availability of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Online vehicle reports and your content
The service may allow you to generate a shareable online vehicle report. The snapshot and any images or text shown on the public report page are based on data you provide and options you select in the app. You understand that anyone with the report link may view that published content. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of what you include. Vericar does not pre-screen all user content. You must not include legally protected secrets, third-party personal data without authorization, or other material you are not entitled to publish.
6. Reporting abuse, illegal content, and other concerns
If you believe content accessible through our services (including a public vehicle report URL) violates these Terms, applicable law, or your rights, contact us at support@vericar.pl. This email address is the designated channel for abuse and compliance reports (“abuse channel”). Please include: (1) the full URL of the report or a clear description of where the content appears, (2) a concise explanation of the issue, and (3) your contact details if you are not the account holder and we need to follow up. We may remove or restrict content, disable links, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where required. We aim to process good-faith reports but do not guarantee a specific response time.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of Vericar is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vericar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Vericar, even if Vericar or a Vericar authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
